48-hour rain guarantee
Pure Water cleaning works in light to moderate rain, so we can still clean on wet days. If you’re not happy once the windows have dried, we’ll come back and reclean for free.

Questions we often get asked

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach your windows, and any side gate is left unlocked for back windows, we can clean while you're out.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect a pure water clean, so we usually carry on. If it rains within 48 hours and spoils the finish, tell us and we'll come back and re-clean for free.
How do I pay for regular cleans?
Most regular customers pay by Direct Debit through GoCardless, taken automatically after each clean. You can also pay by bank transfer, card or cash.
Set up your Direct DebitHow do I pay for a one-off clean?
Most customers pay by card or cash on the day. If your invoice is £100 or more, you can pay in advance with Klarna instead and spread the cost. We'll send a Xero invoice before your clean with the Klarna option.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Regular cleans have a three-clean minimum. After your first three cleans, you can cancel at any time.
How often will you come?
Regular customers are cleaned every six weeks. You can also book a one-off clean.
